Shower Base Preparation
During installation, first clean the entire bathroom floor. Apply premium structural sealant along all contact points where the stainless steel tray meets the floor and walls, then place the stainless steel tray into position. Ensure the tray sits flush and tight against both the floor and walls.
Plumbing Connection
The centre drain connects directly to standard 50mm waste pipe. All connections are sealed with plumber's silicone — no special fittings needed.
Standard Waterproofing Treatment
Apply standard waterproofing treatment to all bathroom floor and wall surfaces outside the stainless steel tray.
Shower Wall Tile Installation
The 2 (or 1) vertical rim surfaces of the stainless steel tray that face the walls are tiled directly with wall tiles. All water is directed to the central floor drain.
Shower Floor Tile Installation
On the stainless steel rim(s) not in contact with walls, leave a 12mm wide × 35mm deep groove (reserved for glass panel installation). Lay floor tiles inside the stainless steel tray. All tiles slope toward the central drain to ensure complete and thorough drainage.
Glass Panel & Door Installation
Installed directly on the inside of the stainless steel tray — directing all water back into the tray. No water can escape outside the system.
Final Inspection & Handover
A water test is conducted to verify zero leakage. The system is handed over with full documentation and the 50-year structural warranty certificate.
